This machine is applicable to double-sided blister packaging and blister carton packaging of toothbrushes dental flosses electronic products gifts and daily necessities.

特 点

1. This machine is of double-head four-position automatic turntable type.
2. This machine involves gas-liquid pressurization. The maximum cutting pressure is 80 t (adjustable). Welding and cutting are carried out simultaneously in different positions which is more efficient and conductive to the saving of consumables.
3. Moulds of different specifications can be used simultaneously during production.
4. When this machine is used for packaging toothbrushes 28-36 toothbrushes can be packaged at a time and the daily production capacity is packaging 120000 to 160000 toothbrushes.
5. This machine is controlled by the PLC and touch screen. It is laboring saving and only one worker is needed to feed materials. It is able to automatically complete high-frequency butt fusion cutting and finished product removal (by the manipulator).
